Your only expense will be your personal office expenses, telephone, internet, travel etc. 

We cover all other costs and do not pass any part of this onto our associates. We are members of YBAA, The Yacht Brokers Association of America, Yachtworld and several other boats for sale databases. Once you join us, we will pay for your YBAA membership and provide you with access to our systems where you can create your listings online.

Associate brokers find boats to sell,  create listing agreements, photograph vessels and then create listings online, respond to inquiries on their boat listings, show their boats, create Purchase and Sale Agreements and accomplish closings.  In addition there are many opportunities for co-brokerage of other boats available in the Multiple Listing Systems.

We will support you every step of the way, now and in the future as you need. Our goal is to help you be successful.

The advantage of being an associate with Midcoast Yacht Brokerage is that we are not a high pressure operation. We take one day at a time and do the very best that we can to help both buyers and sellers. We work for them first!

You can work when you want, any time of the day. Your boat listings are yours. When that boat sells, you receive a generous percentage of the commission. You will not have the burden of overhead costs and the expense and time of running a full time office. We make sure that all inquiries are directed to you in a timely manner so that you can respond quickly. We use the YBAA forms which are a standard in the yacht brokerage business.
