LISTING AGREEMENT

The Owners grant Midcoast Yacht Brokerage the exclusive right to sell the vessel described above and agree not to list it with any other party. The owners agree to pay the Brokers a commission equal to 10% of the selling price if the vessel is sold during the term of this agreement. The term of this agreement shall remain in effect for a minimum of 180 days from the date of Owners signing, after which it will continue until cancelled by the owners with written notice to be effective 30 days after receipt.
